Paige Dunsmore
I was raised in West Sacramento and I've spent my entire life in Northern California. During my collegiate years, I studied art and illustration in San Francisco, while writing poetry and painting. The marine environment and my expression through art have always been at the core of what motivates me. With these inspirations in mind, I began writing my first children's book when I was 21. My view on art and aquatic world has lead me to "The Adventures of Danny the Hermit Crab"

I began writing the "The Adventures of Danny the Hermit Crab" in the spring of 2003. Since this time, there have been many modifications to the character, to the story line and the conceptual design of Danny. I finally reached a point where my vision of Danny, his values, and his adventures were as I had envisioned in my mind. It is with great delight that I present the first book, in a series of books, about traveling, exploring and learning of life.
I look forward to writing a series of books about Danny's adventures. Enjoy...
